PT Dwi Prima Rezeky is a manufacturing company, specialized in producing chemical aerosol products. Our company was established in the year 1999 by our founder, Drs. Amri Rodzaly, under the name PD Prima Rizky. During the earlier years, our company was located in a modest house in Bogor with production capacity of only 200-500 cans a day.

 

As the years went by, we saw an increase in our demand that led us to expand our business and changing our company to PT Dwi Prima Rezeky, and moving our location from Bogor to Cibinong.

 

Today, PT Dwi Prima Rezeky owns 24 sets of machines that produce aerosol, consist of: 16 units of manually-operated machine, 4 units of semi-automatic machines, and 4 units of full-automatic machines. Our production capacity for each day is 90.000-20.000 cans.

 

To anticipate high demand, we always provide ready stocks for various kind of aerosol cans, whether they are tin plate or aluminium, in various sizes.

 

Our factory and office is located in 7000 square meter area, with warehouse of raw materials and a lab to support our production activity and maintaining the products’ quality.

 

As our business expands, our company decides to set up a certified international standard management with ISO 9001:2015. We also have other standards certification such as BPOM, CPKB, PKRT Bakti Husada, and Halal MUI.
